Rasheem Dunn—better known as "Rah Dunn," or simply "Flock"—has officially been named the 2026 Dyckman Basketball Tournament Men’s College/Pro Division Most Valuable Player! 🏆
The Brooklyn native spearheaded a dominant summer campaign for Locks Sold Separately, leading them to a 5-1 regular-season record (and that’s a true 5-1, with zero forfeit wins on the ledger). In fact, the team's lone loss came in the only game Dunn didn't start—a game where he arrived right at halftime.
Dunn finished the summer second in the league in scoring, averaging 20.8 points per game—missing the scoring title by a mere two-tenths of a point behind Anthony “Rome” Marshall (21.0 PPG).
Securing Dunn was the top priority for Coach Bucky and the staff this offseason, poaching the star guard from Hidden Talent. The move paid immediate dividends: behind Flock's leadership, Locks Sold Separately transformed from a bubble team that barely made the postseason last summer into a dominant contender, punching their ticket to their first Final Four appearance.
Dunn has been a fixture at Dyckman Park since his high school days, notably sharing a backcourt with Shamorie Ponds and playing a central role in that legendary 2016 "Fire and Ice" semifinal run. The St. John’s and Robert Morris alumnus—who most recently played professionally in Serbia—continues to cement his status as a New York City summer basketball legend, with plenty of tread left on the tires.
